Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, and customize patient-centered care
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement
  • Assist with staff scheduling and support an unparalleled patient experience
Requirements:
  • Nursing graduate with RN Diploma or Associate of Science in Nursing
  • Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state, and/or federal law or regulations
