Progressive Care Unit Clinical Coordinator RN

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Progressive Care Unit team at TriCities Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit.
Responsibilities- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
- Required: Nursing graduate with RN Diploma or Associate of Science in Nursing.
- Required: One (1) year experience as RN with demonstrated proficiency leadership and management skills.
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Preferred: Two (2) years' experience as an RN in a Charge Nurse role.
- Registered Nurse - Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
