ROLE SUMMARY
As a Senior Knowledge Analyst at Boston Consulting Group, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides life insurance expertise and insights to clients worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with case teams and topic/sector leaders to develop and maintain knowledge assets, conduct analysis, and provide expert advisory services. You will also support the development of intellectual property and knowledge assets for the insurance practice area, collaborating with business leaders to commercialize new ideas and insights. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues, sharing best practices within the team, and contributing to the growth and development of the practice area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain knowledge assets, including research and analysis, to support case teams and clients
  • Collaborate with topic/sector leaders to identify and develop new intellectual property and knowledge assets
  • Support commercialization efforts for the insurance practice area, working with business leaders to develop and implement new ideas and insights
  • Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues, sharing best practices within the team
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the insurance practice area, identifying opportunities for value creation and process improvement

REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of consulting experience in life insurance, with a strong background in research and analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
