About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our knowledge efforts in Sales within the Consumer industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in consulting or industry experience, with a proven track record of delivering commercial excellence and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain knowledge assets and tools for Sales in consumer products, leveraging deep domain expertise to enable insight for case teams and clients.
- Collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.
- Support the development of commercial excellence strategies and solutions for clients, leveraging consumer insights and market trends.
- Work closely with case teams and clients to deliver actionable insights and marketing strategies for consumer companies.
- Maintain and codify knowledge assets and tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant to client needs.
- 3+ years of consulting experience in Sales within the consumer industry required; candidates with consulting experience preferred.
- In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- Fluency in English.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
