Job Title: Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team at GlueIQ. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of creatives while generating innovative ideas and delivering high-quality creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Concepting and Design: Lead and oversee the concepting phase and delivery of creative projects based on client brief objectives.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain close relationships with clients to ensure understanding of business needs and grow client relationships through trust and rapport.
  • Presentation: Take the lead in designing and presenting client presentations, consistently presenting and selling ideas to account and senior clients.
  • Brand/Design Planning & Oversight: Work closely with the team to ensure creative briefs deliver on business needs and ideas meet high standards of creative output.
  • Creative Excellence: Drive strategically sound creative solutions, oversee teams executing creative output, and help drive idea-led creative solutions reflecting modern marketing and channels.
  • Practice & Capability Development: Provide leadership in the creative and production process, mentor and manage junior/mid-level creatives, and act as a mentor to help others evolve their work and craft.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10+ years relevant work experience in design, art direction, and/or creative direction.
  • Forward thinking and embracing creative innovation in the digital space.
  • Effective management of people to ensure the creative department is motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to lead and build high-performing digital creative teams.
  • Persuasive and articulate when directing or presenting, inspiring confidence and trust in colleagues and clients.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Big picture thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Relentlessly curious about people, technology, brands, design, and business.
  • Able to balance a strong point of view with an ability to listen, learn, and adapt.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and strong motivation and drive to succeed.
