Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Speech Language Pathologist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients in their homes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Maryland.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
