As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individualized speech therapy sessions to clients in their homes, promoting independence and improving communication skills.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for optimal health and safety.
  • Accurately document client progress and services provided, utilizing electronic medical records.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in New Jersey.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent education and experience.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
