Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in our Package Protection policy to assist customers effectively.
  • Assess customer eligibility for package protection by reviewing submitted documentation.
  • Communicate solutions to customer issues professionally and clearly.
  • Organize and document interactions across various technical platforms.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and report ongoing issues to management.
  • Propose enhancements to processes that improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
