Security Industry Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Specialist to join our team. As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, their associates, and facility personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, associates, and facility personnel
  • Patrol assigned post on foot to maintain visibility and observe potential security threats
  • Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger clients, associates, or public safety
  • Ensure daily administrative documentation is accurate and complete
  • Respond to requests for assistance and complete various company or client assignments as required
  • Investigate security-related accidents/incidents, interview witnesses, and gather physical evidence
  • Ensure all employees, suppliers, and visitors on company property have proper identification
  • Provide a safe and professional work environment for clients, associates, and facility personnel
  • Assist in crowd control and emergency response situations
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • State Guard Certification and client-requested certifications required
  • Ability to climb stairs, sit, and/or stand for long periods
  • Basic computer and report writing skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle stressful situations
