Job Description:
Anchorage, AK based CPA firm seeks a motivated Financial Services Manager to manage and develop its audit department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial services, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality audits.

About the Role:
The Financial Services Manager will be responsible for managing audit teams, developing and implementing audit strategies, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. They will also work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage audit teams to deliver high-quality results on time
* Develop and implement effective audit strategies
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and industry standards

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in tax and audit services
* Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: $100k-$130k base salary + $5k-$50k bonus potential (performance-based) + comprehensive health benefits + 401k with up to a 5% company match
* Flexible schedule: 32 hours a week for 10 weeks in the summer and 11 weeks in the fall/winter; 50 hours a week during tax season
