Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Administrator to join our team at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operations for various hospital departments and implementing the strategy of the CEO and COO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of multiple hospital departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with physicians, managers, and employees to achieve departmental and hospital goals
  • Participate in leadership development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in hospital management, preferably in an acute care setting
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
