Data Analytics Lead

Cribl is looking for a talented Data Analytics Lead to join our team As a leader in the field of data analytics, you will be responsible for overseeing the business intelligence system, data analysis, and data strategy. As a key member of our team, you will:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Prioritize ad-hoc and planned cross-functional work, execute on planning through creation of a roadmap, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytics work by allocating resources effectively.
  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable team objectives and individual contributions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs and serve as a bridge between senior leadership and the team, ensuring alignment on priorities and organizational vision.
  • Standardize the team's operations (e.g. workflows, documentation) and improve key team metrics (e.g. data quality, stakeholder satisfaction).


This role requires 3+ years of experience managing a data team, demonstrating strong decision-making capabilities that balance the needs of the business and the team. Ideally, specializing in product data and partnering closely with stakeholders to define and execute a strategic roadmap for technical initiative. Strong communication and organization skills, with experience leading multiple projects simultaneously and balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic initiatives are essential. The ideal candidate will also possess advanced technical expertise in SQL, Python, data modeling, and building dashboards. Estimated salary: $198,000 - $240,000 per year.
