Job Overview
Designblendz is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential and multi-family projects in our Philadelphia office. This role involves working alongside principals, project architects, designers, and leadership to coordinate and develop design and construction documents for bidding and construction.

Responsibilities
• Engage in internal and external project leadership, interfacing and coordinating with other disciplines, consultants, and product representatives
• Advise and improve Firm Drawing Standards
• Lead project teams successfully completing project tasks with supportive teaching
• Accountability for project plan and project budget compliance
• Produce and manage redline and review documentation
• Provide day-to-day support to the project team and external consultants
• Lead construction administration-related activities with the project team and across all disciplines

Requirements
A professional degree in architecture from an NAAB accredited university and professional licensure are required. 10+ years of professional experience with a focus on residential and multi-family projects, excellent communication, coordination, and management skills are also necessary. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, lead small-scale projects or components of larger-scale projects through various stages of design, and develop and manage work plans and execution strategies with project and firm leadership are essential.
