CRM Residential is an award-winning property management company that specializes in affordable housing. We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Recertification Manager to join our team.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $52,000 - $62,000, depending on experience.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure timely recertifications and interim recertifications of residents in accordance with HUD regulations and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program requirements.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

You will be working closely with the Community Manager to achieve high occupancy rates and provide exceptional customer service to our residents.

  • Resident selection and orientation in accordance with the Resident Selection Plan
  • Leasing of vacant apartments in an expeditious manner per company policy striving for 100% occupancy
  • Handling of recertifications and interim recertifications of residents

A minimum of 3-4 years of experience is required, along with a High School diploma or equivalent education. Additionally, prior experience with certification, RealPage OneSite, and inspections is essential.
