- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in client service, banking operations, or banking relationship management support.
- Strong knowledge of bank products and services, including deposits, wealth management, cash management, and international services.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
