Job Opportunity

We are seeking a licensed Counselor or Social Worker to join our team at Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.

Job Summary:

As a licensed Counselor or Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing clinical and social services to individuals and families in need of Behavioral Health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Intervention: Assess the strengths and needs of referred individuals and families, and provide problem-focused clinical and social services that build on family and community strengths.
  • Service Coordination: Directly provide and coordinate services, including utilization review and quality assurance activities as directed.
  • Documentation and Evaluation: Maintain necessary documentation, participate in program evaluation, and attend team and program planning meetings, cross-systems training, and acquire knowledge of community resources.
  • Productivity and Quality: Meet billing productivity requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health, and ensure high-quality care for those served.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Must meet requirements for licensure as defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
  • Cultural Awareness: Demonstrate a high degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Experience: Experience working with multi-need individuals and families, and a broad knowledge of community service systems.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate through verbal and written expression.
  • Technology: Ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
