Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the management and upkeep of annuity accounts, life insurance policies, and long-term disability agreements, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed with accuracy and care. Oversee and execute transactions related to contributions, withdrawals, and surrenders, while also managing modifications to existing contracts, such as beneficiary designations and policy adjustments, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Deliver exceptional client service by responding to inquiries and providing detailed information about available services. Efficiently handle documentation related to the creation of new accounts, including ACAT and non-ACAT transfers, ETFs/ACH transactions, wires, journals, rollovers, RMDs, broker-dealer transitions, beneficiary designations, TOD, and systematic investments.
- Assist in the administration of retirement plans, including 401(k) and profit-sharing programs, as well as health insurance and group benefits. Conduct employee education sessions, facilitate enrollments, and manage annual benefits renewals with a high level of professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in the financial industry, with significant exposure to annuities and life insurance applications is essential. Familiarity with Albridge and e-Money is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of industry standards for account setup, asset transfers, check deposits, account services, and operational support is crucial.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Experience with CRM systems and knowledge of Redtail is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and calendar management is necessary. Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners, along with the capability to troubleshoot basic technical issues, is important.
