Job Summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for all aspects of contract administration, including negotiation, correspondence, documentation, certification, financial reporting, and product delivery for major contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate contract terms from proposal stage to project close-out in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate approval of negotiations, contracts, and subcontracts with appropriate management staff.
  • Provide advice on and interpretation of contract requirements.
  • Assist in preparation and review of cost proposals, including pricing and scheduling details, coordination of requirements, and cost proposal risk assessment.
  • Modify contract schedules and participate in vendor reseller agreement negotiations as required.
  • Coordinate with program managers to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled.
  • Assist in the development of internal contract administration policy.
  • Participate in special projects.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, plus a minimum of eight years relevant experience, five of which must be related to FAR procurement or contracts administration.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field, plus a minimum of six years relevant experience, five of which must be related to FAR or State procurement or contracts administration.
  • Experience with multiple contract types, performance-based contracting, and GSA is required.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations, understand contract plans and specifications, organize information, and effectively utilize PC and applicable software.
  • Korean language ability is highly preferred.
  • Semiconductor manufacturing background is highly preferred.
