This position is entirely remote. Candidates must reside in Utah or Idaho (those living outside these states will not be considered). The starting wage is $16.00 per hour, with weekly compensation, paid time off, and benefits available after 30 days of employment.Benefits for our team members include:

Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer service inquiries related to meal orders
  • Responding to questions and providing outstanding customer service
  • Inputting order information into the designated client order system
  • Documenting all client interactions in the database
  • Ensuring all assigned clients are contacted and have placed an order
  • Communicating with case managers via phone, email, or fax in special client circumstances
  • Working efficiently while ensuring clients feel appreciated

Required Skills & Experience

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage customer complaints effectively and promptly
  • Experience adhering to company policies and core values
  • Reliable internet connection via ethernet
  • Quiet workspace for uninterrupted work

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Previous experience with auto dialers, multi-line phone systems, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Physical Requirements

  • Repetitive hand and finger movements
  • Sedentary role involving extended periods of sitting
  • Visual acuity, including peripheral vision and depth perception
