Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Alphia. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for building, repairing, and modifying one-of-a-kind equipment and parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, repair, and modify equipment and parts using metal fabrication techniques.
  • Work with drawings, sketches, and ideas to create finished products.
  • Use wire feed and stick welding on mild and stainless steel.
  • Support a schedule-driven 24-hour environment with a customer service orientation.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

  • Two years of formal fabrication vocational training or 5+ years of applicable experience.
  • Proficiency in wire feed and stick welding on mild and stainless steel.
  • Ability to understand and follow work instructions in English.
  • Experience making and repairing parts and equipment used in food manufacturing.
