Job Overview

Position Summary:
As a Retail Customer Experience Representative at i3 Broadband LLC, you will foster an engaging and relaxed atmosphere for customers in our retail and office environments. This role involves collaborating with customers and team members across all service areas, delivering technical assistance, addressing inquiries regarding services, devices, and billing, troubleshooting challenges, and driving sales by generating enthusiasm for i3 Broadband's offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Exhibit a strong passion for technology, particularly regarding i3's products and services, while maintaining comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Offer precise information to customers concerning billing statements and payment processes.
  • Ensure accuracy in customer order entry and support documentation.
  • Resolve issues collaboratively with team members across the service area.
  • Oversee inventory management, process equipment transactions, and handle a significant volume of payment activities.
  • Utilize i3 workstations and tablets to access customer accounts and provide assistance.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of all customer information.
  • Actively promote i3 services to meet sales objectives.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized retail environment.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as required.
  • Conduct outbound billing inquiries.

  • Willingness to learn to operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack and forklift).
Education and Experience:
  • No prior experience is required; however, previous customer service or IT-related experience, such as IT helpdesk, is preferred. Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is also advantageous.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check are necessary.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to move throughout the retail location, including sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Capability to squat, bend, and reach to unpack, sort, and manage inventory.
  • Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
