Position OverviewLong-Term Care CNA Transportation Role

Jacksonville Skilled Nursing and Rehab is on the lookout for a dedicated Transportation Specialist / CNA to enhance our team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Safely transport residents to their medical appointments.
  • Provide care and respect for residents and their belongings.
  • Assist Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with essential services to ensure the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients.
  • Maintain reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Currently licensed as a CNA in the state of IL (Preferred; certification costs will be covered).
  • A collaborative team player with a strong commitment to reliability.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft applications.
  • Dependable and adaptable to varying schedules (mornings and evenings).
  • Available for weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail.
