Compensation:
$16-$20/hour with additional pay for night and weekend shifts. Weekly payment options available. Flexible scheduling with opportunities for full-time, part-time, PRN, weekdays, nights, and weekends. About the Role:
As an In Home Housekeeper or Caregiver at Visiting Angels Springfield, you will play a vital role in supporting your community. This position is designed for individuals who are dedicated to providing compassionate care to seniors and those in need. We seek individuals with a strong background in home care or elderly assistance, a history of community involvement, and a genuine desire to help others.

In this role, you will assist clients with daily living tasks, including:
- Medication management
- Mobility assistance both inside and outside the home
- Personal care and hygiene support
- Meal planning and preparation with client involvement
- Light housekeeping tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Reporting any unusual incidents and responding to emergencies

Qualifications:
- A passion for serving others
- Knowledge of emergency response and first aid
- Familiarity with housekeeping and dietary needs
- Commitment to health and safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management abilities
- Physical endurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
