Grain and Agronomy Operator Job Description

CPI is seeking a dedicated Grain and Agronomy Operator to join our expanding team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of grain and agronomy operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload grain commodities, blend and load dry or liquid fertilizer and chemicals, and at times load railcars at certain facilities.
  • Operate heavy equipment, if certified.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to accomplish day-to-day grain and agronomy operations.
