**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

* Follow the safety guidelines and safety programs established by CPI and complete safety reports and required records.

* Responsible for grain and agronomy operations.

* Responsible for exceptional grain condition, and monthly facility inspections, as by OSHA Inspection standard.

* Responsible for all dry or liquid fertilizers and chemical preparation.

* Responsible for overseeing loading applicators and tender trucks.

* Ability to document, complete, and maintain records not limited to fertilizer and chemical inventory, production maintenance, daily operations, and inventory.

* Perform required preventative maintenance of equipment, plant, or rolling stock and submit all reports on time.

* Ability to operate forklifts and loaders.

* Ability to read blend and field tickets, county road maps, and plat maps.

* Dump and receive producers' grain.

* Maintain grain inventory moistures and temperatures of silos and tanks.

* Responsible for loading and delivering customer products and services that are sold by the location.

**Required Basic Qualifications**

* High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or related experience and/or training.

* Ability to lift up to 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally.

* Ability to work extended hours to meet business demands.

* Ability to work in dusty conditions, adverse weather conditions, and temperatures. Occasionally exposed to high, precarious places, and usually loud noise levels.

* Works well independently and in a team environment.

* Ability to adapt to changing situations.

* Efficient problem-solving skills.

* Ability to read, write, and speak English.

* Ability to pass required physical, background, and drug test.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Agricultural background.

* Grain, fertilizer, or chemical handling experience.

* Valid Drivers License or CDL with endorsements preferred.
