MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :

Au sein du département des Partenaires d'Affaires, le Responsable des Contrats sera chargé de :

  • Élaborer les aspects opérationnels des accords, en se basant sur les modèles établis par le service juridique, afin de les soumettre aux clients, tout en respectant les normes de conformité et les politiques internes.
  • Apporter des conseils et un accompagnement aux équipes opérationnelles durant les transactions complexes et de grande envergure.
  • Rédiger et négocier les éléments opérationnels des contrats, avec le soutien du service juridique, notamment pour les accords de services, de conseil, de confidentialité et autres engagements commerciaux.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les membres de l'équipe juridique pour optimiser les formulaires, processus et procédures standards.
  • Analyser la nature des services fournis pour identifier les risques, et développer des stratégies d'atténuation et de négociation.
  • Réaliser une évaluation des risques pour tous les documents contractuels et proposer des solutions d'atténuation.
  • Enregistrer les contrats signés dans le système de gestion et communiquer les termes clés au service juridique.
  • Entretenir une relation contractuelle avec les clients et représenter leurs intérêts auprès des différents départements et prestataires externes.
  • Fournir des rapports transparents sur la qualité des services informatiques fournis aux clients.
  • Améliorer continuellement la qualité des services par le biais de processus d'amélioration.
  • Défier les équipes informatiques pour rehausser les niveaux de service.
  • Mettre à jour régulièrement le catalogue de services et le processus de gestion des contrats.

ACTIVITÉS PRINCIPALES :

  • Négocier et formaliser les engagements de services avec les clients.
  • Interagir avec toutes les parties prenantes au sein du groupe (Finance, Juridique, Achats, etc.).
  • Surveiller l'application des contrats et le respect des engagements.
  • Organiser et diriger les comités de suivi des contrats avec les clients.
  • Assurer la qualité des reportings.
  • Identifier et évaluer les risques juridiques et financiers, et proposer des solutions.
  • Gérer le cycle de vie des contrats avec les clients.
  • Contribuer à l'évaluation de la satisfaction des clients.
  • Veiller au respect des engagements contractuels.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

  • Diplôme d'une école d'ingénieur ou équivalent.
  • Expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans un rôle similaire.
  • Connaissance de l'environnement local.
  • Relations avec les départements IT et Business.
  • Compréhension des risques et sensibilisation à ceux-ci.
  • Relations avec les partenaires commerciaux.
  • Connaissances en matière de conformité.
  • Une certification en gestion contractuelle est un atout.

TYPE DE CONTRAT : Freelance

DURÉE DE LA MISSION : 3 mois renouvelables
