BDC Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented BDC Sales Representative to join our team. The BDC Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including phone calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interests
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale in order to close deals
  • Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to achieve sales objectives

Qualifications:
  • Automotive experience is a must
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
