Job Summary:

Matrix Ventures is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the establishment of a Study Regulations Service Center, responsible for introducing, testing, and evaluating a new checklist procedure to support program coordinators and subject specialists in creating and changing study-related regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development:
    • Design and implement general training on the checklist procedure
    • Identify individual training needs of program coordinators and subject specialists
    • Develop and implement individual training programs
  • Conceptual Advice:
    • Provide planning advice prior to the creation or change of regulations
    • Offer implementation advice during the development of new programs or program variations, as well as in connection with structural changes to existing study offerings
  • Regulatory Affairs:
    • Develop proposed solutions for admission and examination regulations, taking into account program/subject-specific characteristics and the strategic goals of the university
    • Evaluate the checklist procedure and prepare a final report
  • Strategic Development:
    • Participate in the strategic development of the Study Regulations Service Center

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory affairs and experience in training and development.
