Key Responsibilities:

  • Train, coach, and develop cast members in their specific job functions.
  • Interview, hire, and evaluate cast members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Prepare administrative reports and special reports for senior management and the corporate office.
  • Ensure cash handling procedures and policies are followed to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  • Inspect building and equipment conditions, initiating repair and maintenance as needed.
  • Organize and conduct team meetings and training sessions to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Control costs, including direct operating expenses, purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Monitor risk management, ensuring guest and team member safety, loss prevention, and emergency preparedness.
  • Ensure cast members meet EVO Entertainment guest service standards by performing daily opening, closing, operational, and administrative duties.
  • Work effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, guests, vendors, and corporate partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and motivational skills.

  • Ability to communicate, negotiate, and work with guests, peers, direct reports, vendors, or partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in hospitality, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of dining theater, entertainment center, or restaurant operations management experience in a high-volume operation.
  • Minimum 3 years of F&B management experience in a high-volume management role with a full-service bar and kitchen.
  • Proven track record of operational excellence.
  • Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification.
