As a visionary leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Gameday Men's Health Cary, a pioneering destination for men's health in the region. Our clinics offer innovative solutions in testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction, weight management, peptides, vitamins, and PRP, revolutionizing the healthcare experience for men.

Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our team as a General Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endocrinology and testosterone replacement therapy, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive brand growth, establishing strong community outreach and referral networks.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with Gameday Franchisor, practice employees, patients, and prospects.
  • Drive revenue growth through net new patients, controlling costs, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Manage payroll, generate practice schedules, and front office administration functions.
  • Oversee customer support, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with medical guidelines, ethics, and laws, including HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar clinical setting, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of men's health topics, wellness industry, or healthcare marketing is a plus.
  • Three years of experience in a similar clinical setting is preferred.

Competencies, Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent computer skills in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and preferably experience with Go High Level, Lobbie, Slack, MX Merchant, MedTrainer, and other software systems.
  • Proficient with EHR systems preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with bi-lingual a plus.
  • Time management skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and principles.
  • Understanding of business management, finance, accounting, and human resources.

Education:

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor's or master's in health administration, accounting, health information management, management, finance, or equivalent.
