Arcadis U.S. is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Remediation Specialist to join our team in Novi, MI. This role is a great opportunity to work on diverse environmental assessment and remediation projects, supporting our growing emerging contaminant project portfolio and remediation capabilities.

The successful candidate will be involved in interpreting and evaluating field and analytical data to prepare engineering designs, permit applications, and construction-related documents. They will also participate in field investigations, sampling activities, pilot programs, and full-scale remedial efforts.

Responsibilities may include operation and maintenance oversight for remediation systems, design and oversight of system improvement projects, soil and groundwater investigation and sample collection, site characterization, remedial design, and feasibility studies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental engineering, excellent communication skills, and a focus on health and safety. They will also have proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational abilities.

This role will require travel and field work, with estimated travel of up to 75% during the first two years, reducing to 50% by the third year.
