About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Chat Representative to join our dynamic team at Insurance Management Services, Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients through live chat platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize research skills to find accurate information and solutions for customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient communication with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices for delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in an online chat environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while handling multiple chat sessions.
  • Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques for common technical issues.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
