Job Summary

We are looking for a driven, experienced, results-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the Amazon Air Cargo team. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to define and drive the marketing and go-to-market strategy for current and future air cargo solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy including customer-facing messaging and positioning for the Air Cargo offering
  • Craft and develop compelling content, collateral, presentations, and other campaign material to reach, engage, and drive adoption with key audiences
  • Develop detailed marketing channel, segmentation, and campaign strategies to help drive awareness, education, and engagement with business audiences in various lifecycles
  • Define business metrics, measurement plan, and test and learn plans for campaigns to optimize investments
  • Use market and competitive intelligence to identify and evaluate gaps across the customer experience and develop strategic options to mitigate the risks
  • Communicate customer feedback to Product and provide input on prioritization and messaging of key features, value prop, pricing, and overall roadmap
Requirements
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
  • Experience building, executing and scaling B2B go-to-market programs
  • Aviation knowledge and cargo airline experience is preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market.
