We're seeking a highly skilled Content Delivery Expert to join our Account Servicing department. In this critical role, you will ensure timely delivery of our award-winning content to our global fanbase.
A Day in the Life of a Servicing Specialist
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all video, audio, subtitles, closed captions, metadata, artwork, and avails are ready for program launch according to platform specifications. You will also be responsible for prequalifying avails and metadata to ensure proper launch on our 3P platform hosting the Crunchyroll App.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with production management, media operations, localization, program management, metadata, and creative teams to prepare content for launch
• Ensure compliance with streaming platform requirements
• Troubleshoot technical issues during content preparation or delivery processes
• Communicate with internal and external partners regarding delivery schedules, specifications, and potential issues
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need 8+ years of experience in content fulfillment for streaming platforms, television, or home video distribution. Your expertise in Avails, metadata, streaming platform delivery requirements, digital video and audio formats, timed text assets, and secondary audio is essential. You should thrive in an environment where problem-solving is encouraged and be proficient in content delivery systems and platforms.
