Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Content Account Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will ensure that our fans can enjoy our award-winning content on launch dates. You will collaborate with internal teams to prepare video, audio, subtitles, closed captions, metadata, artwork, and avails for program launch according to platform specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with production management, media operations, localization, program management, metadata, and creative teams to ensure all content is ready for launch.
  • Maintain detailed electronic delivery sheets (EDLs) or fulfillment records for each project.
  • Use your extensive knowledge of Avails and metadata requirements to troubleshoot technical issues during content preparation or delivery processes.
