- Direct the Quality Assurance division to uphold exceptional product standards.
- Develop and manage essential documentation, including the Quality Manual and Quality Management Systems.
- Lead initiatives for ISO certification and coordinate activities to meet certification objectives.
- Effectively oversee the Internal Audit team.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ascertain their specific quality requirements.
