Job Overview:
The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking an experienced Anatomic Pathology Expert to join our team. As a key member of our pathology department, you will play a critical role in supporting pathologists with the receipt, preparation, and examination of surgical tissue specimens and autopsies.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all specimens are accurately logged, processed, and disposed of in a timely and safe manner. You will work closely with our team to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in the pathology department.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,066.88 - $166,036 Annually, commensurate with experience. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission, please apply today.

Responsibilities:
- Assist pathologists with specimen preparation and examination
- Ensure accurate logging, processing, and disposal of specimens
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety in the pathology department
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field
- 5 years of experience as a Pathologist Assistant or completion of a Pathology Assistant program
- PA-ASCP Board Certification
- NY State Path-A License
