About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pathology Specialist to join our team at Physician Empire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing diagnostic services to support a five-hospital comprehensive healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in global clinical trials diagnostics in collaboration with ACM Global Laboratories
  • Contribute to the RGH Clinical Laboratory Technologist Program, the 2nd oldest NAACLS accredited medical technologist training program in the United States
Requirements

The ideal candidate must be Board eligible or certified in Anatomic Pathology or Anatomic & Clinical Pathology and possess fellowship training in oncologic pathology or another surgical pathology subspecialty. Experience working in a multispecialty group environment is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $250,000 - $300,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a competitive compensation structure.

Location

This role is based near Lake Ontario, offering a unique blend of urban and natural environments. The location provides easy access to Finger Lakes Region, Buffalo, Syracuse, and Toronto.
