ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Specialist to join our team near Pasadena, CA. This full-time contract position involves working with High School students with Mild/Moderate disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement innovative Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's strengths and needs.
- Provide personalized instruction and adapt lessons to keep students engaged and motivated.
- Track student progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal growth and success.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and specialists to create a unified support system for students.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student achievements and goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid California Education Specialist teaching certification.
- Experience working with special needs students.
