Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments
- Train and educate family members on patient care
- Administer prescribed medications and therapies
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Manage patient supplies and respond to emergencies
Requirements:
- Current VT LPN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum one-year clinical experience as an LPN
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Trach and/or Vent experience preferred, but not required
