Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of field service tasks
  • Monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to optimize field service operations
  • Collaborate with the Field Service Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce downtime
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement cost-saving measures
  • Ensure a safe work environment by actively monitoring and addressing any safety concerns
Requirements:
  • 0-3 years of supervisory experience in a field service or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in setting up field service processes and identifying key performance indicators
  • Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Mainspring Energy, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $78,000-$88,000, plus pre-IPO stock options and benefits. This is an on-site position in Menlo Park, CA, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
