Position Overview
The Production Assembler is responsible for executing repetitive assembly, rework, disassembly, testing, and repair tasks to facilitate the manufacturing of Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) and their components.

Safety Considerations
This role is classified as safety-sensitive due to the nature of tasks that may impact the safety and health of the employee and others.

Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to detailed work instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Gather and provide data as needed.
- Execute various assembly tasks for slot machines, culminating in final assembly.
- Conduct visual and functional inspections to maintain high-quality standards throughout the assembly process.
- Perform basic tests on finished products to verify satisfactory performance.
- Report any safety issues and quality concerns regarding processes, equipment, and materials to management.
- Complete accurate transactions within the relevant systems.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned, including teardown and material handling.
- Follow company guidelines as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Participate in health and safety programs and comply with OSHA policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one to two years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.

Skills Required
- Proficiency in using standard hand tools such as socket wrenches, screwdrivers, and nut drivers.
- Ability to follow complex assembly instructions for machines and components.
- Familiarity with electronic circuits and components (AC/DC) and industry-standard workmanship practices is advantageous.
- Basic troubleshooting skills in computer and electronics are preferred.
- Capability to operate testing equipment and perform basic measurements.
- Understanding of ESD practices, lean manufacturing, and 6S techniques is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment while also working independently as needed.
- Knowledge of ISO/Quality standards is essential.
- A detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility and awareness of regulatory implications.

Environmental Conditions
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, color distinction, and focus adjustment.

- The role may require lifting, moving, and controlling up to 500 pounds with assistance from dollies or carts.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds short distances, with or without mechanical aid, and frequently lift or move 20 pounds.
