Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly operations of printed circuit boards according to established operating procedures.
  • Cut and form components, perform manual placement of THT components, and assemble chassis components using a variety of hardware.
  • Recommend changes in documentation to ensure high-quality results.
  • Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members and work under close supervision.
  • Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.

Requirements:

  • Basic component identification skills.
  • Ability to perform simple tasks utilizing work instructions.
  • Ability to perform component prep using hand tools and tooling.
  • Ability to read and follow assembly instructions.
  • Physical abilities to lift, carry, stand, walk, sit, climb, crawl, squat, bend, push, pull, and fine manipulate.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Six months of printed circuit board assembly experience preferred.
