Staff Nurse, Clinical Leadership Opportunity:
TUHS seeks a dedicated nurse to lead by example as a Staff Nurse, Clinical Leadership. As a trusted member of our healthcare team, you will prioritize patient needs, ensure high-quality care delivery, and promote a culture of excellence. With strong leadership skills and a commitment to ongoing education, you will inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve their best.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care according to established standards and policies
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment goals
* Direct nursing support staff in delivering patient care according to set expectations
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Essential Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)
* Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
* 1 Year experience in clinical specialty (Preferred)
* Current PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
* Basic Life Support Certification (Required)

Salary Range: $62,000 - $82,000 per year, based on experience.
