Craig Bradford Associates is a leading recruitment agency with a strong presence in the Philadelphia market. Our client is a renowned wholesaler of high-end jewelry, with a rich history spanning over 35 years.


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, account penetration, and account growth across all product lines within a CRM.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business within an assigned account base of 250 Accounts
  • Sell loose diamonds and finished goods to Independent Retail Stores
  • Partner with other Territory Managers as a part of an account management team
  • Plan and manage assigned accounts to maximize potential
  • Obtain and exceed desired results in account growth, market penetration, and revenue targets
  • Build and foster meaningful business relationships, and internal partnerships, with retailers helping them focus on closing percentage to grow business
  • Ensure high quality customer satisfaction and retention
  • Incorporate all applicable sales stimulation strategies, sales programs, and other targeting contacts, cold calling, prospecting, networking, and market knowledge
  • Engage with confidence the four main pieces of added value and know how to use the technology that comes with every diamond to help the retailer close more diamond sales to the end consumer.


Requirements:

  • Ability to develop business relationships through outbound calls with clients and decision-makers
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Negotiating and closing skills
  • Must be flexible of roles and responsibilities on the Account Management Team
  • Must work 5 Saturdays per year
  • Pass interview/assessment qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to drive sales and engage with clients through cold calling
  • Must be able to pass a background check, credit check, and drug screen
