We generally look for professionals with proficiency in sectors such as Land Development, Structural Engineering, Stormwater Management, Water & Wastewater Systems, and Transportation/Traffic Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently execute engineering designs utilizing professional judgment.
  • Delegate tasks and timelines to project team members.
  • Verify the accuracy of tasks completed by other personnel.
  • Make significant design choices that meet client requirements.
  • Identify and address technical, scheduling, or financial challenges.
  • Oversee field staff, monitor construction activities, and address contractor inquiries.
  • Engage in proposal development and the signing/sealing of engineering documents.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and serve as a technical authority on projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
  • Professional licensure in one or more states where Timmons Group operates.
  • A minimum of seven years of design/engineering experience.
  • Proven ability to sign engineering documents.
  • Strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Involvement in external activities representing the firm.
  • Professional demeanor, maturity, and a commitment to resolving client issues.
