The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety and workers' compensation administration, as well as experience in compiling and entering data.
Key Responsibilities- Administer the City's modified duty, safety, and loss control programs to reduce the cost of Workers' Compensation and disability claims.
- Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations regarding workplace safety and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.
- Coordinate health and wellness program activities.
- Compile and enter data related to safety and workers' compensation records.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Four years of professional-level experience in safety and workers' compensation administration.
- One year of personal computer experience.
- Valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver's License.
