Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate study activities: Ensure that all study-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, adhering to protocol requirements and regulatory guidelines.
  • Plan logistical activities: Develop and implement plans for procedures, including resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks: Recognize potential risks and implement actions to minimize their impact on the study.
  • Develop and deliver training materials: Prepare study-specific training programs and documents to support staff development and skill enhancement.
  • Implement quality documentation: Ensure accurate and complete documentation of study progress, results, and findings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Nursing experience: Possess relevant nursing experience, preferably in a patient-facing setting.
  • Clinical research knowledge: Have a solid understanding of clinical research principles, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
  • Organizational and time management skills: Show a high level of organization, prioritization, and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
