We are currently in search of a Family Support Case Manager to be part of our Foster Care initiative. This position involves working closely with families referred by child protective services due to concerns related to child welfare.

Position Overview:

As a Family Support Case Manager, you will provide intensive, short-term casework services to families at high risk. Your responsibilities will include evaluating safety and risk factors, creating service plans, connecting families with appropriate service providers, and maintaining comprehensive case records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-person engagements with children, biological parents, and caregivers;
  • Facilitate Child and Family Team meetings;
  • Observe and assess parent-child interactions;
  • Provide transportation and secure necessary consents;
  • Link families to community resources;
  • Stay informed about child welfare regulations;
  • Deliver counseling and support services;
  • Refer families to additional services as necessary.
