Job Title: Clinical Therapist

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Team at ChristianaCare. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating adults with communication and swallowing disorders in our inpatient rehabilitation facility.

About the Role
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to identify treatment needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment programs that incorporate family-specific goals and timeframes.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on effective communication strategies and swallowing techniques.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CF Certification.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Acute care experience preferred.
